World Masters M50 8k cross-country results

Stephen Monaghan at the 8k cross-country course in Torún

This 8k cross-country race took place this afternoon over the same course on which Pauline Moran ran this morning.

New member Stephen Monaghan travelled over yesterday from his London base to compete.

He finished a very creditable 23rd of 33 finishers in 31:58. And as he says “very tired and delighted, it’s been a roller coaster kind of day. I’m hoping to improve on that time given a decent run of training” .

He competed for the first time in a club vest in the National Masters Cross-country last month in Gowran.
