Our Fit4Life groups have been up and running for a few years now and always welcome new people. It’s a program for runners, walkers, joggers to help them get motivated and get fit. You’ll get coaching and guidance, organised training and advice in a relaxed environment. Maybe you just want a bit of company and a bit of fun as you run. As we enter wintertime they provide an ideal opportunity to keep fitness levels up and a structure for your weekly routine. No matter what level you are at you’ll be welcome. Whatever your reasons Fit4Life is here to help you. A number of our members heading to Dublin this weekend started out in Fit4Life.
Our Claremorris Tuesday evening group started a few weeks ago and is a vital addition to our training locations.
