Track sessions are held place each Tuesday evening at St Mary’s track Castlebar GMIT,  and on Thursday evening at Claremorris Athletics track.

Sessions are from 7pm – 8pm.

Allow time for warm up from 6.30pm

These sessions are strictly for Mayo AC members only.

Training session arrangements

Training sessions are conducted under the guidance of club coach Matt Bidwell.

All members attending training sessions must adhere to government guidelines at all times.

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, under no circumstance should you attend the track sessions.

If you book a training place and feel unwell before the session, do not attend.

Please adhere to social distancing at all times on the track and sanitise your hands on entering and exiting the track.

Track sessions are €3.00 per member – pay this in full on the gate each evening.

To reserve the training sessions complete the following steps:

  1. Please click on the link here for Booking App
  2. Choose club – Mayo
  3. AAi Life number – this would have been sent to you when you received confirmation of your membership for 2021.
  4. Go to next page
  5. Date – select the date you wish to train and time – which will be 7-8pm slot .
  6. Confirm email & mobile number
  7. Complete health form and complete booking.

You may get a reminder each week to prompt you to book the session and if you could reserve the session no later than 4pm.
