Tuesday at Castlebar at GMIT St Mary’s Track with Matt Bidwell – €2 turn up at 6:45pm to warm up for 7pm.
Thursday at Claremorris track 7pm with Matt Bidwell – €2 turn up at 6:45pm to warm up for 7pm start.
Sunday morning at 9:30 meet at Castlebar town park for long run out and back at start of Greenway to Turlough – free to all.
