10 x 2 minute efforts off 90 secs jog recovery (plus warm-up and down).
Mayo AC members may wish to use a pace chart Matt has added to help with intensity for the session. The pace chart is included in email to them from club Secretary Maria.
Stay safe and play nice: normally the endurance race advice is that it’s the pace not the distance that’s key – for now it’s about distancing not pace on solo runs. Less is more.
