It’s just a few more days until the National Half-marathon this Saturday morning at Tullamore.
As the organisers remind entrants:
“The race will start from Harriers Stadium at 10 o’clock taking in a scenic route through Mucklagh, Killurin, and Cloonagh, before finishing with a lap of the stadium track.
The course is generally flat and is best described as undulating with some gently rolling hills along the way.”
Click on the link below for details of the half-marathon route – plenty of opportunities along the way for support at roundabouts and crossing points as well as in the stand adjacent to the finish line in the Harriers Stadium.
If you’ve chosen the club bus travel option, please check the details you’ve been sent for pick up points and times, and post race meal arrangements.
A big Thank You to Colette Tuohy for all her work in co-ordinating the club’s bus travel and subsistence plans.
Safe travel and Best of Luck to all!
To help us collate our half-marathon results, if anyone who is entered isn’t going to run, please let us know in advance of race start.
