Athletics Ireland have today published age category and team results so we’ve updated our list of finishers with chip and gun times. These provisional results show that John Byrne won silver M40 and Mary Murphy bronze in W65 category. Congratulations to both on this well deserved success.

Well done all members who competed in various race events this weekend. We’ll have official results from the Mayo Cross Country Championship held at Swinford on Sunday when they are published by the Athletics County Board. There were some excellent club performances there with our ‘big minority’ of women and men winning individual and team medals.
