Sheeffry 8k, March 24th 2pm

This event is set along the picturesque Sheeffry hills. Starting at Drummin Church, run towards the foot of Sheeffry and back. Relativity flat course. Total distance covered is 8k.  Course measured and permits granted by the Athletics Association of Ireland. Start time is 2pm with sign on available from 1pm. Medals & refreshments for all.

Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in three different categories. Overall Male, Overall Female. 1st, 2nd 3rd overall senior (50+).

It’s an out and back course. Water stop at 4k point. Finish point as before Heraty’s bar. Toilets at start & finish line. Sorry, no showers available.
