Niall Power interviewed Pauline Moran recently as part of his Masters of Running podcast series.
They met last month in Torún Poland during Pauline’s amazing multi-medal winning week at the World Masters Athletics Indoor and Non-Stadia Championships.
Pauline tells the story of her sporting journey from her early days in Claremorris. She goes on to tell of her athletics achievements since joining Mayo AC in 2011. She talks about training, competition, nutrition, motivation, and other subjects which are of great interest to all of us in athletics, and in the wider community.
It’s a wonderful story and no doubt there’s a good few chapters to come.
