Pauline and Mary are medal winners in National 5 mile

The Biofreeze Irish Runner 5mile race took place this morning in the Phoenix Park.

It is one of two imperial distance road race events adapted from the Irish Runner Summer Series that have been given Athletics Ireland National Championship status.

Three Mayo AC runners made the trip for a 9am start.
