Entries deadline is Wednesday October 4. Masters trial competitors may need to renew membership of Irish Masters Athletics Association (usually possible on the day at trial location).

Note also next Sunday’s Unevens Mayo County championships event at Mellet’s Hill Swinford will offer triallists and others an opportunity for a training run : not a race as there is no league this year, and no medals..
