Congratulations to our individual and team medal winners in the National 10k Championships yesterday:
Colette Tuohy won gold W45, Pauline Moran silver W60, and Mags Glavey silver W65.
Pauline, Breege Blehein, and Mags won silver W50 team with a combined time of 2:18:19. Best combined times from first three in our age category teams count.
