National 10k official results: Mayo AC medal winners

Angela O’Connor, Pauline Moran and Colette Tuohy in winning action at Phoenix Park

Athletics Ireland have now published official results of National 10k on April 16. This follows their recent decision to award medals after the ‘unforeseen circumstances that led to the race being …….less than the specified distance”.

 

As predicted here previously Mayo AC competitors won two individual category medals and one team medal. Great news!

 

Individual category:

F50 Colette Tuohy silver

F65 Pauline Moran gold

 

F50 team :

Mayo AC Gold

Combined time of Colette Tuohy 34:45, Angela O’Connor 35:50, anf Pauline Moran 36:18 = 1:46.51

And supported by our fourth F50 finisher Breege Blehein.

 

Mullingar Harriers AC won Silver 1:49.22

 

Huge congratulations to Angela, Colette, Pauline, and Breege on their well deserved success!
