Michael’s Remembrance Greenway 5k Run, New Year’s Eve

Mayo AC are delighted to announce that Michael’s Remembrance Greenway 5k Run will take place on New Year’s Eve, December 31.
It will be a time to remember Micheal McNeela and other club members who have had bereavements in recent times.
The 5k run will take place along the Castlebar Greenway – it was one of Michael’s favourite training routes, where he was regularly accompanied by ColetteTuohy.
Registration will take place from 10 a.m at Gaelscoil Raifteirí Springfield
F23 RC84 close to the beginning of the Castlebar Greenway.
Race start time is 11am.
Donations on the day to Mayo Community Living HSE.
The 5k out and back course will be wheel measured, and the run timed. No prizes.
Tea and coffee afterwards at Scoil Raifteirí donated by Turlough Stores.
