Mayo AC @ Ballina Sprint Triathlon

The Ballina Sprint Triathlon on Sunday (July 9) included a 750m swim in the River Moy – in front of cathedral under both bridges, aided by the tide on its way out to sea, a 20k out-and-back cycle, and a 5k run along the river, ending at the Quay.

First home was Stephen Donnelly Liquid Motion in 1:00.05, with Sinéad Whitelaw first woman across the line in 1:00.56 and 8th overall.
