A tough day on this mainly coastal course, gusting wind in places, the final two miles in both races were mostly uphill and with an undulating cliff top finish high above the surf at Tullan strand.

Three of the five ran the Streets of Castlebar 5k on Sunday March 13 – Neil 19:46, Padraic 20:45, Angela 22:56. Julie was helping out on the course. Well done all.
