Kilmovee 10k, Sat 7th April 1pm
The first race in the 2012 Mayo AC C&C Cellular Road League is the 3rdAnnual Kilmovee 10k, which takes place next Saturday 7th April at 1pm sharp and is open to runners, joggers, and walkers.
The event is organised by Kilmovee Shamrocks GAA club and registration
is at their grounds in Kilmovee.
Entry €20 on-line at runireland.com, €20 on the day from 10.30am to 12.15pm.

There will be a race clock and chip timing will be used.
League points will be awarded to top 25 men/women.
There will be cash prizes for top 3 men/women, top 2 men/women +40 and
top 2 men/women +50 and 1st Junior men/women u19.
The course is fast and flat apart from a short section in the final kilometre.
In last year’s race, winner Martin Conroy (Ballina AC) finished in 32.40. He recently came back to racing after a layoff and finished second in the Mallow 10 in 52.43.
Mary Gleeson ran 37.20 last year to win the women’s race. She won the Tuam 8k in 29.35 in January.
Race start is at the GAA pitch, the starter will be Mayo footballer Andy Moran.
After the event refreshments and prize-giving will take place in the Community Centre.
