Group cross country training continues on Saturday (Jan 22) at Mellett’s Hill, Swinford.
Colette Tuohy leads the session again this week. Meet at Corrib oil filling station @ 9.20am for 9.30 start at the course across the road. Old runners or spikes footwear. Firm ground, varying gradients.
All welcome especially newcomers.
