Irish Runner 5, Snugboro 8k results

Snugboro 8k finisher Patricia Kavanagh (68) from Castlebar Fit4Life, pictured ahead of Ailish Lawless at Ballyhaunis 5k

John Byrne continued his return from the ultra zone to compete in two sprints in two days. An excellent 6th place in Dublin and a win at Snugboro – both over tough courses. The Snugboro race was well supported, well organised and good value for money with refreshments, showers and prizes.
