Intermediate and Masters Cross Country

The AAI Intermediate and Masters Cross Country Championships take
place on Sunday 5th February at Lough Key Forest Park, Boyle.
Entries are due in by Friday 27th January. There are no entries on the day.
Team Categories Masters W40 and W50 run 4,000 metres; race is scheduled at 14.00
Team Categories M40, M50 run 7,000 metres – race scheduled for 14.20
There are also Inter County teams Women 8 to run, 4 to score; Men 12
to run, 6 to score
Note individual categories start at W35 for women and M35 for men.
