Good Luck

Our National 10k teams head for the Phoenix Park tomorrow Sun 6th April and we wish them all (and our travelling support)  a safe trip and best of luck. The course will be familiar to most of them and it has some challenging sections mid race. Women start at 13.10 and men at 13.30, with waves of other colour coded participants in the Great Ireland Run to follow at 10 minutes intervals. The race is scheduled for live coverage on RTE starting at 12.55. 10k results will be updated as they become available,  however Athletics Ireland results may take a little longer as experience has taught us.

The Belcarra 8k is also taking place and good luck to organiser Maggie Heneghan and her team for that popular event.
