The programme is designed to give people the opportunity to get fit and enjoy walking/running in structured environment. Participants set their own goals and are assisted by the trained Fit4Life leaders in the clubs. The emphasis is on improving fitness in a fun, sociable environment and no previous experience is required. All ability levels are catered for and participants exercise with others of a similar fitness level.  The training nights feature group runs, with each group composed of people with similar fitness levels.


Groups meet:

Castlebar – Monday and Thursday,

Ballyhaunis – Tuesday and  Saturday

Claremorris – Tuesday

Claremorris – Thursday
