One last reminder of the final Intersport Elverys Mayo AC 5k Series race at Foxford tomorrow (Tuesday) evening May 30 at 8pm.
You can register on the evening from 6.30pm.
How have you done since far?
Will you record your best time of the Series in Foxford? Under 30, 27, 23, 20, 16!
Another PB?
Will John Courell (Ballina AC) make it four-from-four wins and dip under 16 minutes – he ran 15:59 for second place in this race in 2018? Will Norah Newcombe Pieterse win her third series race?
The course is flat and a great opportunity for fast times.
One lap starting on Swinford Rd about 600 metres from the Community Centre race registration HQ. Allow enough time to get there for an eight o’clock sharp start.
Race finish is along Admiral Brown promenade.
Water available after finish line.
It looks like it will be a warm evening, you’re advised to hydrate well pre-race.
