Final Club League tables and Prizewinners

Angela McVann winner Mayo AC 2016 Women’s Club League finishing Hollymount 6k

There were 25 Mayo AC members competing in 51st Hollymount Road Races on Sunday 20 November. This was the final event in our 2016 Vodafone C&C Cellular Club League. Eleven women took part in the 6k race and fourteen men over 10k.
Our Club League Table has been updated based on finishing times from myrunresults.com. Points have been assigned per race position i.e first Mayo AC member receiving 30 points, second 29 points and so on. Two members received 20 bonus points on achieving a PB on the day – Neil Carroll and John Reilly.

Presentation of prizes to the Club League winners will take place at the End of Season Party on Saturday next November 26 in Mulroy’s, Main Street, Castlebar which starts at 9pm. Presentations are scheduled to begin at 9:30. There will also be presentations of National medals from National 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon and recent Connacht Cross Country championships.

Top 6 women

Age Categories – M40, M50, W40, W50

If eligible for both a top 6 and a category prize the prize with the greatest value will be awarded. If there are any errors on League Tables, please flag with Laura Heneghan immediately.
