Details
- Men 8km, Women 4km
- Individual entry only, all athletes must be registered members of AAI
- Club Team placings will be decided after the final leg, open age category for teams, first 4 in each leg to score
- All athletes aged 18 or older are eligible to compete at Novice or Senior
- Must declare age category on entry and this cannot be changed after the first race
- Men O65 may run 4km if they wish but then cannot point for the club
- Novice must not have previously won individual Gold in the Connacht League
- State age category on the entry form;
