The 2023 National Half-marathon Championships will be incorporated into the Tullamore Harriers Bord na Móna Half-marathon on August 26 starting at 10am.
The Tullamore Harriers event has been taking place since 2014.
Entry for club members will be via Club Secretary.
As an Athletics Ireland championship event, the usual age categories will apply for both individuals and teams.
Separately, the Quinlan Cup will be presented to the winning men’s team and the Phyllis Delaney Cup to the winning women’s team.
The race will start from Harriers Stadium at 10am taking in a scenic route through Mucklagh, Killurin and Cloonagh before finishing with a lap of the stadium track. The course is generally flat and is best described as undulating with some gently rolling hills along the way.
Club vest must be worn.
