Enjoyable Mayo A.C. Christmas Party

A very enjoyable  and well attended Mayo AC Christmas party was held on Thursday night last. The weather outside was cold and wintery, but the warm and cosy environment of the Dalton Inn in Claremorris made it the ideal venue for our annual end of year gathering. Great work by the organising committee of PJ Hall, Kathy Connolly, Chris Gallagher and Colette Whelan to name but a few ensured everything went  smooth on the night.
Highlight of the night was the draw among all those  who participated in the Mayo AC./Fit4Life promotion held in recent weeks, popular member Laura Heneghan from Roundforth was the the winner of a top of the range Laptop in conjunction  with Coleman  Computers  Castlebar.

There was also a presentation made to PJ Hall who was voted club volunteer of the year in recognition to his “continued availability to assist at various club activities throughout the year”
