East Mayo AC Half-marathon results

Caitlin Woods in the final kilometres

East Mayo AC hosted their third road running event of 2021 on Saturday at Charlestown.

After their successful 5k series in early summer, and annual 10k in September they held an inaugural half marathon today (Saturday October 16).

The anti-clockwise course was over one lap.

93 runners started out towards Swinford, turned off to Cully and on to Curry with the final kilometres along the N17 hard shoulder and looping through Bellaghy to the finish line at the CBD Complex. “An honest course” said a number of finishers.
