Cross-country training tomorrow morning at Mellet’s Hill Swinford

The National Masters & Intermediate Cross-Country Championships are just over five weeks away on February 12.

The club will be looking to win National medals again this year – over one-third of the total National/International medals members won in 2022 were in Cross-Country Championships.

 

A reminder: tomorrow (Saturday morning January 7) a grass training session will be held at Mellet’s Hill Swinford from 0850am for 9. All welcome.
