Cross-country training Ballinrobe Saturday December 3

October 2012 Connacht Cross-Country at Calry Mayo AC’s Joan Walsh and Angela O’Connor – and still going strong ten years on

Cross-country training continues  tomorrow morning December 3.

A session will be held at Ballinrobe Racecourse.

Meet at main gate at 8:50 for a 9am start.

Cross-country spikes/trail shoes/football boots are advised.
