Cross country training and upcoming events

An informal training session to facilitate athletes intending to compete in upcoming Cross Country events will be held next Sunday  September 15 at 11am in the Sports Ground, Belleek, Ballina.

(Drive through the arch, park on right hand side of the road at the cross country field).

This session is open to ALL County Club athletes born 2007 and older i.e under 13 upwards.

There is another pre season cross country event at Castlegar the following weekend September 21.

Then the Mayo Cross Country Championships at Swinford October 6.

Three legs of Connacht Cross country championships: October 14/November 3,10.
