Mayo AC cross-country training sessions  led by Mike Griffin and Colette Tuohy continue this Saturday December 10, meeting at 8.50a.m for 9.00a.m start .

They are meeting this weekend at Swinford Motors Swinford for a session on Mellet’s Hill.

No special shoes required, but if you have a pair of old runners, trail shoes, spikes or even football boots are suggested.
