CONNACHT: Senior, Junior, Masters, Inter, Novice Cross Country Fixtures:
Senior, Junior , Inter with Connacht even ages in Sligo Racecourse on Nov 6th at 2.30pm approx
Inter Men 10k. Inter Women 6k Teams of 8 with 4 to score Clubs Only.
Senior Men 10k, Senior Women 6k Clubs Teams of 8 with 4 to score
Counties: All who run count as Seniors with 6 to score
Inter / Senior run together. Inter Clubs only and Senior Counties will be made up from top six from each County
Junior teams of 6 with 4 to score Clubs and Counties
Juniors run with under 18s. Under 18s are automatically included in Junior Club and County Teams.
Enter as an under 18 and included for Junior teams
Entry 2 euro individual or 10 euro team. Entries must be made before race day but can be paid for on day.

This race is open at a fee of 2 euro but no awards.
Athletes may want to try out for Nationals which are on the same course.
Novice and Masters on 15th October with Primary Schools in Galway at 2.00 pm approx
Both run together Men 6k Women 4k 6 to run 4 to score
Clubs only for Masters , Clubs and Counties for Novice (clubs six run 4 score Counties first six from each County score).
Masters are automatically counted in Novice , unless they are genuine Senior Athletes , but must enter as Masters.
