Craughwell 5k results

Timmie Glavey finished seventh overall in 16:47 in the second  leg of the Galway 5k series at Craughwell this evening. That’s 22 seconds faster than last week. With the top nine finishing in under 17 minutes it was a much more competitive field on a relatively flat track. Winner was John Greaney (GCH) 16:12. First woman was Shauna Bocquet (Craughwell AC) in 16:41 with Regina Casey (GCH) second in 17:36 – a great time after her excellent Castlebar performance. Our other finisher was Cormac  Kearney 22:20 (21:41 chip) – well done, 40 seconds faster than his time last week at Ballybrit.
