Connacht Cross Country Championships 2013

This year the Connacht Novice, Senior, Inter and Masters will be run as a League over three events to coincide with the Connaught Juvenile races.

Points will be awarded based on individual’s finishing position (1st =25pts) for each of the categories.
Points will also be awarded to top 4 club finishing positions.
At the end of 3 races, points won will determine 1st, 2nd 3rd places (winner) of each category and 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall club regardless of category.
You have to declare your category when registering and stick with it.

Distances – Men 8000m, Women 5000m.

Race 2 Sunday, 27th October: AAI Leitrim in conjunction with North Leitrim Athletic Club will host the Connaught Evens & Senior league Cross Country Championships 2013.
Time: 1pm Sharp

NB. The course itself is on the fields behind the GAA club. Hazelwood Service Station which contains a shop (with tea/coffee and sandwiches etc.) is located close to the GAA club.

The only request from the venue is that spikes are not permitted in the
function area or the dressing rooms.
Catering:
Padraig Pearses GAA Club will provide a shop and hot food on the day.
If any club wishes to block book hot food for their club they may do so by contacting Pat Fitzgibbon.
