Club League tables updated after Balla 10k

League points for Balla finishers: Ger Fahy 19, Monica Joyce 24

Following the 25th Balla 10k last Saturday July 29 the Club League Tables have been updated.

Padraig McVann and Laura Heneghan remain top of the respective men’s and women’s tables. Laura has a huge lead of 50 points, but just thirty points separate the next seven women, 155-135.

Padraig is also way out in front in the men’s table, with 19 points between the next three. There are still plenty of chances of points for all in the remaining Club League events. Ann Marie Clarke, Angela McVann, Sean Murphy, Brendan Hession and Brendan Murphy have completed over 6 races in the league, so their scores are best of 6.

The next Mayo AC Club League race is the National Half Marathon championships on Sunday August 13  in Dublin

If members wish to be in a chance to receive PB bonus points, email your updated half marathon PBs to lauraheneghan@yahoo.com prior to race. As you can see from League Table you may not win race but by achieving a PB on the day you can clock up some points to be top of the table.
