Club League Tables updated
Senior Silver medal team winners at Mayo Cross Country Championships
As reported the Mayo Cross Country Championships were hosted by Swinford AC on Sunday last October 8. Club League Tables have been updated. Seven out of nine members competing gained 20 bonus points each.
Members who had already competed in the Mayo County 10k Championships in Ballina a few weeks ago do not receive bonus points for the Cross Country Championships.
Padraig McVann remains top of the men’s table while Laura Heneghan and Angela McVann are joint leaders on the women’s table.
The final Club League event is the Hollymount Road Races on Sunday November 19. If members competing there wish to be in with a chance to receive additional PB bonus points, email your updated 10k PBs to lauraheneghan@yahoo.com
As you can see from League Table you may not win race but by achieving a PB on the day you can clock up some points to be top of the table.
