Club League tables after Streets of Castlebar 5k

Tables Updated March 6. The Mayo AC Baxter Streets of Castlebar 5k was held last Sunday February 26. There were 48 Mayo AC finishers in what were unfavourable conditions with persistent rain throughout race. Club League Tables for men and women have been compiled based on chip time results from www.myrunresults.com.
Points have been assigned per race finishing position i.e first Mayo AC member receiving 30 points, 2nd 29 points and so on. Three members also received 20 bonus points on achieving a PB on the day –well done to Brendan Murphy, Brian Derrig and Patricia Nyland.
The next two races in the Club League are the National 10k on Sunday April 9 – a bonus event, closely followed by the Kilmovee 10k on the following Saturday April 15. If members wish to be in with a chance to win PB bonus points, email your 10k PBs to lauraheneghan@yahoo.com
As you can see from Club League Table you may not win the race, but by achieving a PB on the day you can clock up some points to be top of the table.
All these results are compiled by hand so If there are any errors on please flag with Laura Heneghan immediately. Please note that participating runners must be a paid up member of club.
