Claremorris Fit4Life add Tuesday training session
Claremorris Fit4Life will add an additional session on Tuesdays from October 2.
Fit4life is a programme for all runners (men and women) whether
you are a complete beginner or a regular jogging/runner.
The
programme will help you to achieve improved levels of fitness and
wellness within the club structure in a fun, sociable environment
Fit4Life Claremorris starts Tuesday October 2, 2017 and continues every Tuesday at 7:45 at Claremorris Athletic track
