There will be a track session each Monday evening at St Mary’s track at GMIT from 7pm-8pm for Mayo AC members. Matt Bidwell will lead sessions commencing Monday January 21, 2019.
Track session will continue as normal in Claremorris each Thursday night.
Entry fee is €2 at both venues.
Castlebar Fit4Life meet
on Monday at 7pm at Aldi car park .
And on Thursday at 7pm at St Mary’s Track.

The programme is designed to give people the opportunity to get fit and enjoy walking/running in structured environment. Participants set their own goals and are assisted by the trained Fit4Life leaders in the clubs. The emphasis is on improving fitness in a fun, sociable environment and no previous experience is required. All ability levels are catered for and participants exercise with others of a similar fitness level. The training nights feature group runs, with each group composed of people with similar fitness levels
