Castlebar Fit4Life on the move

NOTE: Castlebar Fit4Life have moved their meeting place to Aldi car park (from the Tennis Club).
They continue to meet every Mon at 7pm and Thurs at 8pm and are reporting great numbers in the last couple of weeks.
