Athletics Ireland have announced Phase 3 guidelines from June 29.

In addition our Secretary Maria Kneafsey has contacted all current members with these details.
She has also repeated and clarified in her message our training requirements during these phases and thanks all for their co-operation and patience during this time.
“As per the attachments contained in the phase 3 guidelines link, club training can return to one session in Castlebar each Tuesday at 7.00pm and one session in Claremorris at 7.00pm with 200 people permitted for outside training.
These sessions are strictly for Mayo AC members.
All measures we have previously put in place to return to training will remain, and I will still need members to book so I can keep track of who was at each session in the event a member becomes ill from the virus.
I ask all memebrs to email before 3.00pm on the day of each session so we can print off the sign-in sheet.
Social distancing and hand sanitising on the way into each session will also remain.
However for the Claremorris session, warm up and warm down can now take place on the track.
I would ask all members to keep their items with them at all times, and this includes car keys (place beside water bottles to stop cross contamination if they are all in one box).
