The 2nd Annual Leitrim Women’s Open 5k on Wednesday May 22nd. This will be an ideal opportunity for those intending to run the Mayo AC 5k Series to get an idea of their current fitness levels over this distance. It is an AAI Approved event over a good course with a start time of 7:30pm at Carrick-on Shannon Sports Complex. Full details in these two attachments.
