The 2020 Club League follows last year’s format, with 8 target events and 2 bonus events – the National 10k and National Half Marathon.
This year those who complete the two National events will receive 20 bonus points.
Participating members must complete a minimum of 5 out of the 8 target events listed. Best 5 events from target list to score. The target races are comprised of three 10k, one 8k, two 5k, one 10 mile, one half marathon.
The first event is on March 8 – The Seamus Corbett Memorial 8k Carra Classic in Carnacon.
All Mayo AC members (2020 registered) are invited to compete in as many of the listed events as they like.
Competing members must wear their Mayo AC vest.
Responsibility is on each Mayo AC member to register at race entry as ‘Mayo AC’.
Darren Brewer will be contact for Club League issues and compile points tables for men and women after each event.
Members must declare relevant PBs by Thursday March 1, either by submitting PB entry form at Fit4Life/Mayo AC Training Sessions or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with PB details. Any PB declared previously will automatically be transferred to new League.
