Send completed form to our registrar John Timothy or bring along to him at our club training evening at Claremorris track on Thursday (Jan at 6:30pm, or Castlebar Fit4life – Monday at 7pm and Thursday at 8pm at Aldi car park, where Ann McDonnell will collect.
