Coolaney 8k July 14: won by Andrew Duffy 28:59 with Anto Devaney (Mayo AC) second in 29:53

Tireragh AC (Co Sligo) 5k July 22: an out and uphill back course, won by Liam Feely 16:26. Women 1 Mari Johnston (Sligo AC) 19:38. Breege Staunton (Mayo AC)  finished in 23:36
